Our Story

Created during the first lockdown in 2020, we’re a mobile pizza business situated in Hertford. We currently cater for small and large events so please drop us a message for a quote. 
We’re cooking up New York style thin and crispy pizzas with modern toppings that are packed with flavour, using 48 hour fermented dough. Our aim is to offer a plant based menu that rivals our normal menu, with all our ingredients made back at the Hardy Yard.
